90 Day Fiancé fans on Kara and Guillermo baby watch will have to wait a little longer. Kara says she’s passed her due date, but she’s not stressing.
90 Day Fiancé season 9 star Kara Rojer just gave fans an update on her pregnancy and revealed that she and husband Guillermo Rojer are still waiting for their bundle of joy to arrive. Though early on in season 9 it seemed Kara had the makings of a franchise villain, viewers warmed to her as the season progressed, and were thrilled to see her and Guillermo looking so happy together on the season 9 Tell All. It was also on the Tell All that Kara and Guillermo announced that they were expecting their first child together. Since then, Kara has given fans regular updates on her pregnancy, especially as she nears her baby’s birth.
Kara’s 90 Day Fiancé season 9 castmate Thaís Ramone recently gave birth to her first child with husband Patrick Mendes, and many fans have wondered when Kara would be heading to the hospital as well. On Sunday, Kara took to her Instagram stories to inform fans that she has now hit her due date. “Thanks for all the DMs wondering if I’ve given birth,” Kara said. “Today is my technical due date, but apparently only about 7% of babies are born in their due dates and over half of 1st born babes [sic] are born after (with no medical intervention).”
Kara Bass Has Been Enjoying Her Pregnancy
Kara didn’t seem to mind her baby’s leisurely pace and said that she and Guillermo are “waiting patiently” and “enjoying a lazy, cloudy Sunday.” Throughout her pregnancy, Kara has enjoyed her time as a mommy-to-be, and she appears to be savoring her final moments before her baby arrives. From what she’s shown on social media, Kara’s first pregnancy has been a breeze, and she has been embracing her changing body, showing off her many fashionable maternity looks with followers. Like her castmate Thaís, Kara seems thrilled to be becoming a mother, though she remains patient as her pregnancy continues on.
While Kara wasn’t a fan favorite on 90 Day Fiancé season 9, her off-screen behavior has endeared her to followers. Kara seems to have a more relaxed attitude off the show, and she has since clarified that most of her controversial moments during 90 Day Fiancé season 9 were largely scripted and exaggerated by TLC. Unlike some franchise cast members whose social media activity ruined fans’ opinions of them, Kara has become more likable since her tenure on the show. Though she and Guillermo weren’t selected to join the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 cast, many viewers would rather follow her on social media to get a more authentic version of Kara.
Kara may have already hit her due date, but the 90 Day Fiancé star isn’t stressing. She’s perfectly happy to let her pregnancy progress at a natural pace. It’s rare that babies are born on their actual due dates, as due dates are typically just a medical estimate. It’s perfectly normal for babies to be born either before or after their due dates, and Kara and Guillermo are wise to not let anxiety get the better of them.
