EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders has confirmed a dramatic car chase in Mick Carter’s final storyline.
Danny Dyer is bowing out of his popular role as Mick over the festive season, with his exit due to air as part of this year’s Christmas episodes. Charlie Brooks, who plays his on-screen partner Janine, is also departing.
As we’ve already reported, Shirley’s upcoming discoveries will mark the beginning of the end for the couple, as she grows increasingly suspicious of Janine as a result.

At the Christmas dinner table, Shirley doesn’t give up trying to expose Janine and it doesn’t take long before a vicious row ensues.
Janine continues to shrug off all of Shirley’s accusations, until Scarlett walks in with some possible revelations of her own.
Although fans will have to wait and see what exactly is revealed and how, EastEnders has confirmed that Janine’s secrets and lies will finally be exposed.

Mick, with Linda in tow, then jumps in the car and follows a desperate Janine.
What happens next is remaining a closely-guarded secret, but only one thing is for certain, Christmas Day will be Mick Carter’s last day in Walford.
A grisly end for Mick was teased back in October when paparazzi pictures showed his car flying off the edge of a cliff, while another image saw the landlord jumping off the edge.
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
